Terms and refunds — TQQQK contract preparation
A membership agreement is being prepared for TQQQK. This website does not accept paid subscription applications or payments. The detailed conditions below prepare a Whop subscription at USD 49 per month for customers in Korea and overseas. Service details and final terms will be provided before sales open. This page is not an effective agreement or a record of customer consent. These conditions do not automatically apply to overseas customer contracts.
Final information before sales open
The actual service start date, terms effective date and final documents will be provided before paid sales begin. Displayed prices and this preparation notice do not themselves create a contract or launch paid service. Mandatory law and statutory consumer rights take precedence.
Whop is the planned subscription platform for customers in Korea and overseas. The product is in preparation. This website does not accept paid subscription applications or payments. Payment and subscription terms and instructions for Telegram access will be finalized and provided before sales begin.
USD pricing and Whop recurring payments
The planned monthly price is USD 49 for customers in Korea and overseas, billed in US dollars (USD). No fixed Korean-won plan is offered. Your card issuer's exchange rate and foreign-transaction fees may affect the amount charged in your local currency. Tax treatment and final payment conditions will be stated before sales open. The billing interval, next renewal date, time zone and access expiry will be checked against the actual Whop plan and finalized before sales open. This preparation notice does not promise that a calendar month and a fixed-day interval are equivalent. No unspecified introductory-price duration or lifetime price guarantee is promised.
Information delivery
After launch, TQQQK would automatically post validated common information when the target allocation changes or there is valid information to communicate. Repeated daily notices when the allocation is unchanged would not be a service obligation. Users decide whether and how much to trade and place their own orders. No individualized investment advice, account access, order placement on behalf of customers, automatic orders or management of customer funds is provided. Capital may be lost; returns or compensation for investment losses are not guaranteed.
Cancellation and refund calculation
Cancellation takes effect when a valid request is received; the service period is not extended until staff finish handling it. For ordinary voluntary cancellation, the refund is the amount actually paid × unused time ÷ total time in the paid period. USD refund decimal handling will be finalized after payment processor confirmation. Cancellation penalties and refund fees are zero, and the payment is not recalculated at a regular price. Time when service was unavailable due to the provider is excluded from used time, without automatically changing the original billing anchor.
Statutory withdrawal, full-refund entitlements and rights arising from provider fault take precedence over this proportional calculation. It does not impose a time deduction in every case or waive statutory rights. Refund currency, decimal handling and card-issuer posting timing for Whop payments will be stated before sales open. A three-business-day ordinary voluntary refund is an operating target, not a finalized contractual deadline. Applicable legal refund deadlines are observed separately, and completion of an internal review does not restart a statutory clock.
Renewal, failed payment and access to remedies
Automatic renewal and payment conditions will follow the Whop plan settings, final pre-sale documents and required consent process. Payment-method management and subscription status would be handled on Whop; this website does not provide its own customer signup or checkout. After an already paid period ends, access to paid information for a new unpaid period ends, while access to contract records, cancellation and refund requests, and customer support remains available. Price increases and free-to-paid conversions follow applicable notice and consent requirements; silence is not treated as consent.
Use of materials and rights
Final terms concerning unauthorized redistribution or resale are being prepared. They will not impose a blanket restriction on lawful use, regulatory submissions, legal advice to protect rights, fair criticism, personal performance reviews that disclose no confidential information, or independent research. Statutory consumer rights remain intact.
Performance advertising
We do not advertise false or unrealized returns. Where performance may lawfully be advertised, objective evidence and calculation conditions, including the period and costs, will be made clear, without misleading readers by selecting only favorable periods.
